How to Calculate the QE solution for your project

STEP 1. You need to know the Wide and High of the LED wall you need to do for your project.
STEP 2: Wide size(mm)/320mm=How many modules wide
STEP 3: High size(mm)/160=How many module high.
STEP 4: Based on the Wide module quantity and you could choose the QE cabinet wide accordingly. we have 1wide, 2wide. 3wide option.
STEP 5: Based on the High Module quantity, you choose the size accordingly. we have 1 high, 3, high, 4 high option.
For Example. We need to find a solution for a 4m*3m indoor Screen.
1: 4000/320=12.5≈13
2: 3000/160=18.75≈19
3: 13/2=6…1 so we choose 6pcs 2module wide cabinet(640mm). 1 pcs 1 wide module cabinet.(320mm)
4: 19/3=6….1 so we choose 6pcs 3 module high cabinet(480mm), and 1 pc 1 module high cabinet. (160mm)
So the solution will be:
640*480 cabinet 36pcs.
320*480 cabinet 6pcs.
320*160 cabinet 6pcs.
320*160 cabinet 1pcs for the upright corner part
The final size of the LED wall is: 640*6+320=4160mm wide.
480*6+160=3040mm high
4.16*3.04m. screen size.
